ABSTRAK :
Smartphones with Android operating system is one proof that the very
rapid development of technology. Functions and services on Android smartphones
are no longer just for communication but can also be applied to a wide variety of
applications. Applications were made in this thesis is an application that can
membandikan similarity of two images in the form of a human face, by using the
tools of open cv (computer vision) and face shape pattern recognition.
Applications created using the programming language Java, and C ++
programming language implementation javapada Eclips so as to create a wide
variety of applications that can be implemented on smartphones with Android
operating system, and continue to be developed by the programmers to create
applications that are interesting.
