ABSTRAK :
Monitoring in the classroom is an effort for supporting facilities in the learning process by using electronic media. Design the cctv using the JMK Mini-type 307A camera. JMK Mini-type 307A camera can capture video connected to server computer using USB EasyCapture port 2.0. Server computer serves as a data storage as well as a place to process data. The data is placed in the htdocs file to be accessible by android smartphone via the same network, xampp here serves as a service provider as a bridge between the server computer and android smartphone as a medium of access by the user. Based on the tests performed, cctv applications can run on at least the specification when testing is android version 4.2.2 (Kitkat). Testing cctv by using questionnaire get result 73,7% with good category. Keywords: Monitoring, cctv, Server computer, Android.
