ABSTRAK :
Ahass Margo Putro workshop is a company engaged in the business of
motorcycle vehicle service services which include, maintenance, repair services
and providers of spare parts on Honda motorcycles. In inventory control is an
activity to control the inventory of goods and the inventory of finished goods, for
that it is necessary to classify goods. Then the method needed to complete this
goal is the ABC method. ABC analysis is a method of classifying goods based on
value ratings from the highest to the lowest values, and is divided into 3 large
groups called groups A, B and C. ABC analysis divides inventory into three
classes based on the amount of value produced by the inventory. The results of
this study which are included in the table above show that the group of spare
parts is based on the amount of rupiah value (investment). Spare parts included in
group A are 6 types of spare parts with a rupiah value of Rp. 634,535,000 or
65.43%. Spare parts classified into group B are 6 types of spare parts with a
rupiah value of Rp. 225,943,000 or 23.30%. And those classified into group C are
8 types of spare parts with rupiah value of Rp. 109,291,000 or 11.27% of the total
spare parts investment in the Ahass Margo Putro workshop.
