ABSTRAK |
The research was conducted in order to implement Knowledge Management in the implementation of the QCC (Quality Circles). The purpose of this study to improve knowledge management performance measurement parameters in order to generate improved results. Improvements to the implementation of Quality Circles held in seven steps and seven statistical tools among other results obtained delivery percentage loss per kg to 33.33% of production before repair and after repair decreased to none (0%). Besides reducing the diversion of working hours on the repacking of 59.4% to 42.25%. From the results of performance improvement with the QCC, Formed labor standards and the standards of results and a new knowledge for every employee within the department. Knowledge management strategy to implement QCC continuously optimize the container supporting means as dissemination of knowledge to employees, training for employees and so on.
