| The process of making a decision in selecting the best photo from a lot of photos based on a certain target is a qualitative problem and it needs the intuitive, feeling, and experimental information. This case is caused by the owned substances of photo such as lighting, composition, room sharpness, and photo object are not able to be counted numerically. The method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is enable to solve the problem in selecting complex photo and not to be structured into the groups, arranging the groups into the arrangement of hierarchy, putting the numerical value as the changing of human perception in performing a relative comparison, and finally with a synthesis, it is defined which is the element has a high priority. The application program implementing the AHP method is enable to produce the report such as the bar graphic of total value in priority-quality photo, so this report can support a making decision that assists to solve the problem of selecting photo based on the purpose of obtaining photo.
