| The system that went in pharmacies in Indonesia was still manual and not computerize. For the pharmacy that served the purchase of medicine from the doctor's recipe that practised in this pharmacy and the practising doctor in another place was gotten by a difficulty in carrying out the patient's data. Be based on the condition above, then was needed software that could help carried out the patient's data that wanted to buy medicine and to increase the service to the patients. This system was used by the administrator, the owner and the official of the pharmacy, the doctor and the official of the registration with delegation of authority. The process business was a process or the activity that happened in each transaction or the activity. The process business to the pharmacy was the management of the user's data, login from the user, the management of the patient's data, the management of the medicine data, the management of the recipe data, the management of the doctor's data, scheduling for Doctor's practice, giving of the medicine recipe, the purchase of medicine, the regulation of the patient of the health note, the management of the queue's data and put forward the Report. The explanation of this information system was depicted with the diagram of the entity's relations and the class diagram. The diagram of the entity's relations depicted relations between the entity whereas the class diagram depicted the situation of a system and the method or the available function in this system.
